Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path. Psalm 119:105Our Statement of FaithRead the Apostles Creed
The PathSeeker Ministry believes in the Godhead as three parts but all the same as one. God the creator, The Father of all things (Gen 1:1) In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Mat 3:17) And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." (Act 1:8) But you shall receive power when Holy Spirit has come upon you. And you shall be witnesses to Me both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Through the love God the Father had for his children (all of the human race) "(1Ti 2:3) For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, (1Ti 2:4) who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. He showed us all the mercy and grace for a dying and perishable part of His creation. Through His love and grace He sent his only begotten son to come to this earth in the form of a man to show us the way to holy and pleasing to God himself. Jesus became for us what we cannot be. His life was so perfect in the way He came not to do his will, but the will of His Father. Because of the love and grace God had for all mankind, Jesus became the sacrificial lamb. Just as Abraham took his son Isaac at the command of God to the mountaintop to be sacrifice unto the Lord. But because of the faith Abraham had in God, God provided for him a sacrificial ram to take the place of Isaac. With Jesus being the son of God he had a different task to fulfill. As Abraham had faith God would spare him his son, Jesus had to have the faith, God would spare Him from death. (Mat 12:40) For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so the Son of Man shall be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Just as Jesus, died and was
resurrected, so shall we. (Rom 6:3) Or do
you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus
were baptized into His death? (Rom 6:4) Therefore we were
buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was
raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father; even so
we also should walk in newness of life. This newness in life comes from the
spiritual rebirth Jesus taught to Nicodemus. By saying that a man
shall be born again, Jesus was speaking of a new life in the
Kingdom Of God. Where the old has gone and a new has begun.
(Eph
2:8) For by
grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of
yourselves, it is the gift of God. A gift so wonderful that
(Eph 4:5) one Lord, one faith, one baptism, (Eph
4:6) one God and Father of all, who is above all and
through all and in you all. Unity is one thing we as people should
have in common with each other. Just as Christ has united us all as
children of God, we to should unite each other as children of
God. (Rom
6:23) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of
God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. Now with
this in mind we are also reminded: (Acts 2:21) And it
shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall
be saved.'
The PathSeeker believes God has a
higher place for every man, woman and child. A place
that is only accessible through Christ Jesus. For it is not by
deeds alone but from a Grace that was given us through Jesus
himself, a grace that we as disciples should pass to every person
we meet. Become a light to a darkened world and with open arms
accept those that Christ has our way regardless of race or of sex
(male or female) or nationality or religion. Jesus gave an answer
when asked "what is the greatest commandment": (Mar 12:30) and you shall love
the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your
soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength." This
is the first commandment. (Mar 12:31) And the second,
like it, is this: You shall love your neighbor as
yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these."
Jesus has also commanded
us (Mat 28:19) "Go therefore and make
disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit," This is what we believe as The PathSeeker Ministries. And May God Bless All, Who Read This.
